We have been using Toothio for a while off and on for temporary hygienists but when we needed to hire a full time hygienist they found us the perfect fit in 5 days. It was the easiest process and criteria we were looking for was an easy match. We always had used the "usual" ways to look for a candidate but we thought we would try a new route and we are so glad we did! We highly recommend trying Mel. We found it very easy and it helped me write the ad to find our best hygienist! Thank you so much!!

Bad temping agency! Unfortunately they have most shifts available. Be prepared for -ve surprises!
I like that the app it got me a shift right away but I wish there were closer shifts in Distance, available to me that are for gp not only for ortho. I do not have much experience in that area. Also displaying shifts that don’t have to have an RDA license to work them. Possibly something that more pertains to the individual who set up the account to find the shifts more available to them. Defining more of their expertise.
I always get my payouts in a method of instant form and on this last shift I worked it told me that I needed to wait 2 to 3 business days until I receive the funds. It’s been well over the 2 to 3 business days and I have still not been paid for my shift. When I contacted them, they were able to release the payment and instead of instant it was put in a standard form, without my knowledge. I’ve contacted them again and haven’t got any response via text or email in the past 2hrs. So now again, I have to wait 2 to 3 business days to be paid for a shift that I worked nearly 1-2 weeks ago.
PLEASE make a desktop version of your app that does not require a phone login !!!!!

No Jobs Available — I don’t know if it’s my area(DMV) or that’s it’s close to the holidays but there aren’t any jobs. I’m deleting the app and my account and sticking to another service.
this is the most confusing temp service I've ever been with. I have to put in a code every time I want to look to see if there's something available for me. That's so inconvenient. and now I can't even open the app.

I live in SoCal and temp full time. There’s been a decrease in it since around 2023 but you can still find a consistent amount!
