Google, please do NOT remove this review. Consumers should be able to honestly describe their firsthand experiences with a business, particularly after paying for its services for months. I used Princess Dental Staffing for approximately four months and paid $260 per month — a total of $1,040. This review is based entirely on my personal experience as a dental practice owner using their service. I am considering taking them to a court for misleading information which puts small businesses in danger while creating revenue for Princess Dental Staffing. After four months and $1,040 in subscription fees, I was not able to successfully hire even one person through the platform. I repeatedly had candidates schedule and then not show up ( yet they remained highly recommended on the platform) , wasting valuable time and creating disruption for my office rather than solving our staffing problem. I also had a particularly troubling experience with a hygienist I found through the platform. After working in my office, she attempted to take patients from my practice. What made this even more concerning was that she had been marked as “highly recommended” by Princess Dental Staffing. I reported the incident to PDS, yet I saw no meaningful action taken, and the same “highly recommended” green flag remained on her profile. That was absolutely unacceptable to me. As a dental practice paying for this service, I expected PDS to take a serious report about a recommended professional’s conduct seriously. Instead, the experience left me with the impression that protecting paying dental practices was secondary to maintaining their platform and revenue. I was also unable to locate several of the dental offices or practice owners associated with positive reviews of PDS, which raised additional concerns for me. Unfortunately, these issues only became apparent after I had already paid for the service for months and relied on the promises being made. Overall, my experience with Princess Dental Staffing has been one of profound disappointment, frustration, and loss of trust Overall, this service created far more frustration and disruption for my practice than value. I spent four months dealing with unreliable candidates, no-shows, wasted time, and ultimately no successful hire — while paying $260 every month. After spending $1,040 with no successful hire, I cancelled my subscription. Based solely on my own experience, I would not recommend Princess Dental Staffing to dental offices looking for dependable staffing support. For my practice, it was $1,040 spent with nothing positive to show for it.

Least liked dental staffing service review from an RDH who has experience across multiple USA States. There is ZERO communication between office option on their platform. Have to copy, cut, paste the office’s number or search it online to communicate with an office directly. Their calendar view is poor for a user to view potential requests, although I give them props for trying to update once per year. Cloud Dental Service is by far the best temp agency I have used. They have compensation for temps when an office cancels a committed gig with less than 24 hr notice. Cloud bans frequent violations for both office or temps who consistently displays bad behavior, like canceling shifts last minute or unethical standards, in order to provide a professional service that only values employees and employers the best quality opportunities. Cloud also has professional reviews within their platform to get an idea of what u sign up for and an option to communicate directly with offices. Princess has continually let me down on multiple issues. I choose to use ANY other platform in my area that values professionalism and committed results upheld.

Terrible experience. Accepted a position only to find out after I accepted. I was then notified that the positions payment was clarified and I would not receive payment. ( and was never clarified when). When I entered the chat they ask for documentation. Ok so how do I send over a 3 minute phone call ? Better of going to gotu atleast their compensation is guaranteed and clarified
