App-based flexible, high-quality dental staffing.
www.joinkwikly.com ↗I've had a wonderful experience so far with Kwikly. The app is easy to navigate and I really appreciate how prompt customer service and communication is! I am excited to see more shift opportunities become available as the platform expands.
Luv this app. Always offices to go to. They are very responsive to any questions you may have.
Has been such a positive great experience since the beginning. Thanks Kwikly !!!!
I’ve been using Kwikly for dental temping, and overall it’s been a really positive experience. The app is easy to navigate, and I like how quickly I can pick up shifts that actually fit my schedule. I feel like I’m finally in control of my workdays instead of being stuck in a rigid schedule. Clocking in/out is simple, and everything from assignments to pay tracking is organized in one place. What stood out most for me is the flexibility. I can choose the offices, the hours, and the days that work for me, which makes a huge difference when balancing life and work. I’ve also felt confident walking into offices because I can see details ahead of time. Pay has been reliable, and the overall process feels streamlined compared to traditional temp agencies.. Overall, it’s been a game-changer for how I temp and work in dentistry.
very easy to use and pick up shifts. Wish more offices would use this service!
Thank Toothio for being very good at communicating. No problems with getting paid after a shift is completed! I am happy to be on board
Great communication and friendly staff
Great side kick, high rate and bonus, awesome offices. App is easy to use and navigate. Thanks for being my new source of income.
Kwikly has been easy to schedule my shifts
Kwikly has helped me work on call the easy way. I enjoy being able to choose where I'm working and when, it is easy to customize my schedule with little to no hastle. Thank you.
The recurring complaints worth keeping an eye on — the dissent behind the ratings.
At first, I would have given then 5 stars but with all of the back and forth, the get 1. I picked up 2 shifts 6/22 and 6/23 and have yet to get paid from them. After I confirmed my shifts were worked, they said nothing. On 6/24 is when I am sent info to fill out my pay information to get paid. We went back and forth with links and getting this all done. They kept wanting me to do tasks that were not showing up on my end. It was a nightmare. On 6/26, I get sent an email that all had been approved and waiting on banking verification. 7/1, I reached out again and they said that they run payroll on Tuesday with a pay date of Friday. I get a text on 7/2 stated that HR had to send me a check in the mail that could take 7-10 business days. This is beyond unacceptable and I voiced that to them. If you are working a temp job, you should be paid same day or within a week at the latest. I reach out again as it is 7/13 and I have not received my paycheck. Its been 20 days since I have gotten paid from a temp job. This was the worst experience!!!!!!!!!
My experience with this company has been very disappointing. I worked two days before my onboarding process was stopped because of an issue with my work permit during the hiring process. I understand why the onboarding could not be completed, but I did perform work and expected to be paid for the time I worked. It has now been four weeks, and I have not received payment or any meaningful communication from HR or management regarding the status of my wages. Despite multiple attempts to obtain an update, no one has provided a clear explanation or timeline. If the company believes it cannot legally issue payment at this time, I would at least expect a written acknowledgment of the hours I worked, the wages owed, and the reason payment has been delayed. Instead, I have been left without answers. I hope the company improves its communication with employees and handles wage-related matters more professionally. Every employee deserves timely communication and fair treatment regarding compensation for work performed.
Horrible experience! I would never recommend any dental professional to this app!!
I would never ever work for this company people before you came to them do some searching there background is very anti professional, unhelpful, non caring very disabled, I deal w Erica and she would never take my phone calls she dint took the time to answer my questions, and also very complicated app I’m a dental hygienist was looking to temp but the was the worse experience I ever had is being two weeks I have not been paid and no one gives a damb thing no one call me back to pay my check so I had to reach out tho my legal representative, please don’t came to them doctors and staffing because you will have lot of time to waste and at the end no one help me FYI please go to CLIPBOARD best professional temping dental agency very professional helpful and attentative there always on top of it.
It is the worst temp agency , it’s been 2 weeks and they haven’t verified my bank account so now they are going to send a check , this doesn’t happen when any of the other with gotu you get pay a couple days later with ondiem this is the only one that’s been nightmare just to get paid. If you grab shift with a temp company it is because you need the money faster !!! So disappointed
still haven't given me access to my pay after temping almost two weeks ago. Don't buy into it pick a different agency. Ive asked for help multiple times just to be blown off.
I am extremely disappointed with my experience. My wages were sent to a bank account that I did not authorize, and I have now been unpaid for nearly a month. Despite this, the company has stated they will not reissue my payment until they are able to recover the funds, leaving me without compensation for work I already completed. I have requested clear information regarding where my money is, as well as a timeline for resolution, but have not received a satisfactory answer. While the app may be convenient for picking up shifts, the payroll support process has been very concerning. I would strongly advise others to closely monitor their payment information and be cautious.

Dental hygienists regard Kwikly with decidedly mixed sentiment, with significant operational and payment-related concerns offsetting praise for app usability and scheduling flexibility. While many users commend the platform's intuitive interface, flexible shift selection, and responsive customer service, a substantial number of hygienists report serious grievances including delayed or misdirected wage payments lasting weeks or months, failure to compensate workers whose onboarding was interrupted, app malfunctions, and inadequate communication from management during disputes. Additional complaints center on misleading pay rate marketing, geographic mismatch between advertised shifts and user licensure, and insufficient shift availability in some regions. The recurring pattern of payment failures and unresolved communication issues, coupled with at least one account of deceptive recruiting tactics, substantially undermines the platform's credibility as a reliable staffing solution, despite its functional design strengths.
Do you ever wish finding temp shifts was a little easier?… I’ve been using Kwikly for about a year now alongside my other work, and it’s been a really nice option to have. Interesting about the apps. I've never heard of a platform that allows Canadian hygienists to work in the US, as specific licensure requirements are needed to work in each US state. Googled it but couldn't find anything. Maybe it works with a specific type of visa? We have temp apps here too, but most do not o…

It really depends on where you’re located and if you’re willing to travel, I would recommend downloading a few apps, but yes, it is sustainable. Right now I’m using an app that’s local to Seattle and it’s called Kwikly, but there’s also temp agencies in most cities and there’s actually quite a few different apps coming out. This is the only one that seems to work in my area, but it’s amazing.
