Very frustrated with the customer service coming from a dental provider office. Feel like the policies they put in place do not help out the dentist providers at all. Will no longer be using this app. Had many Hygienist canceled on us last minute, which I understand things like that happen but when I had to cancel a Hygienist, they refused to waive the cancellation fee. I was very vocal that I feel like they don’t take the side of the dentist office. I spend so much time going back and forth and everyone was just repeating the same thing. I just switched to clipboard and find that more useful.

I’ve had better luck on other apps. They will nickel and dime you AND Call you back to immediately hang up on you

Temps cancel last minute all the time and they don't find a replacement or call you. They wait for you to call to repost and that's if you look at your email on time. Horrible communication and they don't take enough action when a temp cancels last minute. Update your contracts so if they cancel last minute, they should credit you! If you cancel on them last minute, guess who still gets paid?

I’m writing this to warn others so they don’t go through the same situation. Today I used GoTu, and it turned into a very frustrating and disappointing experience. I paid for a full day shift, but the professional assigned to me claims she arrived, saw that the team was inside the office, and simply left without doing any work. Despite reporting the issue immediately, GoTu still charged me for the full day as if the service had been completed. This is extremely concerning. There seems to be no accountability or real verification process, which means you can end up paying for a service that was never delivered. In my opinion, this feels very close to a scam, and I strongly advise others to be cautious before using this platform.

These are the most irresponsible people in existence. The professionals claim they’ve arrived but never actually show up; Gotu is interested in nothing other than collecting its fee—charging you as if the service had actually been performed. Even if you’ve paid for the entire day, the professional leaves while falsely claiming they were there, and—as if ruining your day weren't bad enough—the app proceeds to charge you for the full day, commissions, and all. They are useless, and their phone support team demands camera footage from *you*—the customer—as proof, instead of holding their own professionals accountable.

All dentist should gather together against this company. There their platform only caters to the temps and is disrespectful to the dentist. A dentist looking for a temp or permanent higher places has add on their site. And the temp counter bids the job offer. I’ve asked them to remove this from their site because the Dentist put the job offer for what he wanted to pay. These temps take the job when they find a job offer. That’s more money. They cancel your job and take the other job. This company has no ethics and does not protect any Dentist. They’re abusive to Dentist. And prevent them from continuing business. This company is part of the reason that labor cost have gone insane.

Temp quality is hit or miss, and there's no penalty for those cancel last min.
