Locum tenens staffing agency (incl. dental) across the US.
www.bartonassociates.com ↗I have had a positive and rewarding 2 years experience with Barton Associates. My recruiting consultant Ms. Katherine Corbiey is always prompt to help, orient, and support me in my assignments. She is the best.
I am so blessed to be part of Barton Associates Team of locum providers ! My recruiter has always been very conscious , respectful of my personal Demands when he presents me with assignments . I really appreciate Him for having patience with me and introducing me to the “traveling dentist idea”. All Practices I worked for were amazingly professional and friendly. Thank you Brandon. Dr Villamar Lozano.
I have had a wonderful experience working with Kasey Green. She has helped me find positions to advance my career and increase my income.
As a physician provider I have had an excellent experience with Barton. My representative Kasey is amazing and completely receptive to me and my needs. Overall I have had an extremely positive experience on every level. I am extremely happy to continue to work with Barton.
I have worked with many locum companies but Barton Associates stands out. The whole staff is exceptional. I worked with Katherine Corbiey who was awesome! She is very well mannered, dedicated and meticulous about clients(physician) preferences and makes an extra effort to find the right placement. Highly recommended!
I have worked with Barton Associates and Kasey Green in particular has been excellent. She's very professional and great in responding/resolving any issues that arise.
They have been a fantastic to work with. My contact, Kasey, has been beyond awesome. I will happily work with Barton again. It has been overall, a first rate experience.
Hi. I have had the opportunity in dealing with Barton Associates for psychiatry locums. My point person has been Kasey Green. She has been consistently excellent in her role. Always good spirited and looking to make sure her providers are well taken care of. She has been instrumental in facilitating placement for some of my colleagues as well and they have glowing recommendations both for her professionalism and Bartons support. Her work speaks volumes about Bartons team and how they are selected and trained. Sincerely Ahmed Janjua M.D.
I did 1 assignment with Barton. I really like talking to and enjoyed working with Kasey. I would love to do another assignment with her. She was there for me when I needed her support.
Kasey Green is my best and favorite recruiter. She is thoughtful, considerate, and always has my best interests at heart. I know, when working with Kasey, that I am well taken care of. I like Kasey a lot and have grown to trust her with my locums work. I’m
The recurring complaints worth keeping an eye on — the dissent behind the ratings.
Barton Associates thrives on deception and exploitation. While contracting me out of their Florida office to work in rural Oklahoma, I fought for fair compensation, which Barton agreed to, yet they still failed to deliver and withheld what was rightfully owed. To this day, I have not been fully compensated, and this is the second time Barton has failed to honor payment commitments. On both occasions, recruiter then manager Robbie Cotto was directly involved, at one point casually stating I should have received much more but didn’t because I hadn’t asked, while later denying even basic reimbursements once I did. This exposes Barton’s true model: exploit physicians until pressed, and still resist honoring commitments. I had already worked in this region, knowing the community’s need was urgent, so I accepted less than my usual rate in good faith. What I expected in return was honesty and fairness, instead I had to battle to recover even the most fundamental costs of doing the job, while Barton actively lied to me, even going so far as to claim I could not discuss my rate to prevent others from realizing how exploitative it truly was. Speaking with other physicians confirmed this is a known pattern: Barton misleads, underpays, and seeks to hide their practices through dishonesty. I will never work with them again and will take every step necessary to ensure that no physician is subjected to this treatment and that Barton’s greed does not obstruct the care desperately needed in rural and underserved communities.
This is a horror show of a locums agency- they cannot retain people because of their terrible corporate culture. I have contacted the sales director Jeremy over 17 times without a return call and I my assigned agent has either been fired or quit 3 times in the last year. DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY they are the worst of the three I’ve had experience with by far. Terrible customer service.
Stay away from this agency! I was looking for a healthcare staffing agency and called Barton Associates. Got a call back from Rayne Hyle. She shared the salary at which I should hire a Pediatrician and it was 200% the market rate. I asked her what's the fee they are taking as an agency and she refused to answer. During the rest of the conversation, she came across aggressive and highly unprofessional. I called her back and let her know we no longer want to work with her or Barton Associates. Since then she had called the office twice leaving messages to work with us. We cleared said "no". 1) because of their lack of their transparency when it comes to fees and 2) because they keep calling our front desk when we clearly said we are not interested in working with them.
Now good company 4 Hour on the dock don't come this company no good this company shipping and receiving no good guy not friendly
This company has deteriorated terribly. Look elsewhere. I am a physician and have previously used Barton so I am in a position to comment. Currently, under CEO Rob Indresano, there is total chaos. They call incessantly telling you they have the perfect candidate or practice opening. When you talk, however, you’ll be fortuitous if they even know who you are never mind have your needs clear. So repetitively disappointing. I don’t enjoy complaining. I know how difficult hiring and training can be. Trust me, the services over past several months have been uniformly abyssal.
Terrible Interaction. Completely unprofessional.
Very poor experience! Barton is extremely greedy and does not operate according to the normal 20-25% contract fees normally required by an agency. They will try to take much more than your fair share and you will likely not get the job you are aiming for!!!!!!
Barton Associates receives predominantly positive endorsements from satisfied providers who credit individual recruiters—particularly Kasey Green and Katherine Corbiey—with personalized attention, prompt communication, and successful placement facilitation. However, a substantial minority of users report serious concerns including payment withholding, compensation disputes, lack of fee transparency, unprofessional conduct, excessive contact despite explicit refusals, and systemic disorganization under current leadership. Several providers describe a pattern of deception and exploitation, alleging the company deliberately conceals unfair terms and resists honoring contractual obligations. The divergence between glowing individual testimonies and damning accounts of corporate malfeasance, combined with complaints about staff turnover and deteriorating service quality, suggests that provider experience depends heavily on assignment circumstance and recruiter assignment rather than reliable institutional standards, leaving the company's overall reputation mixed but notably marred by credible allegations of financial and ethical misconduct.
Yes! Check out Barton Associates. They have PA roles in surgery.
